ma-ling i did my first tour in long island and yes i had a few no shows but i dont harber on that...in this biz take the good with the bad and if u do offer that 100 off next visit when u cancel then that is good business practice but to trash men for it doesnt make sense to me but thats just my opinion

Okay guys, time to get things VERY clear. Someone wrote me and said, the guys are very outspoken and can be very hostile. COOL, so can I. I have never been one to watch my mouth and I say what I feel. I am a REAL person and I choose to be myself. I really don't care who does not like the way I am, there are plenty that do. I am strait forward and always tells it how it is.

Now, I am definately NOT LACKING business in any way! Completely on the contrary. I do exceptionally well here but this is because I only see 2 new guys per visit. The rest are REPEATS. (I usually book 4 so I can get 2 LOL!) But this works for me. I have already built my cliental here and weeded out the rest.

As far as my friends. I explained to them how this city works from my own experiences. So they are doing what is best for them. There is no double bookings and no unhappy hobbyists. Can anyone out there say they had a problem or a bad time? I highly doubt that! Now, they are NOT LACKING in business eithor. Ashley is VERY HAPPY about her week and will return next fall when she tours again. She had an amazing week here and many guys have written there thank you's already. So this is not about proper advertising and getting the right guys, because I am the one doing all the screening and I have a name and phone number for each guy that booked. I have talked to each personally myself. I AM EXTREMELY ORGANIZED! And regardless to where we locate ourselves, IF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT....IT SHOULD BE KEPT! And still, there is guys that do not show. That is a part of life, but I will let it be known. But if this is not the case for "you" then it was not written for "you". I am making clear that this is happening, and that just maybe, these guys who stand girls up, should get a "little shit" for it. I am surprised that all of you are attacking me and not those who are making Jersey a bad name.

Do you think it is happening to just the three of us? No, it is happening to alot of girls. Some that are not BOLD enough to write about it. (I can see why now) But yes I am arrogant enough to do so and I love my personality. I wish there were more strait shooters like me out there that I could relate too. One thing about a strait shooter is that there is no bullshit and no lies, just the honest truth. So to the guy who has never met a honest and trust worthy provider.....now you have! I always tell it how it is, and I do not FEAR these boards one bit.

It is sad that you guys preferr the quiet , docile ladies who just tell you what you want to hear. Maybe "you" should go to ASIA. I am definatley "American" and preferr to speak my peice. If you do not like it, don't read it. There are many other threads out there to read.

For the gentleman giving thoughtful and helpful feedback, it is very nice to know there are some out there. But I know there are a lot of great Jersey guys out there and I have met many. I just wish this "nonsence" did not have to go on. It does not have to be this way. This is what a "black list" is for. So no one else has to deal with the same fools who enjoy wasting a girls time.

As far as the type of clients we are catering too, well they are all executives in large corporations and lawyers, doctors, pharmaists... I have spoken to each one. Maybe we should cater to the lower class, then they won't be so busy.....that they could not even CALL! Remember, I am from Boston, I book very carefully! Now, I think I am doing the right thing posting this here, and not calling there "JOBS" and "SECRETARY's" asking why they felt they felt they should not cancell!

I DO NOT OVER BOOK! So there is NEVER a problem! But if I cancell then I pay for it! Im not asking the guys to compensate us in any way but a simple phone call would be nice.

added my two cents....

I am one person and my experience may differ from everyone else's...I don't post much but thought I could add some info on this thread.....with that said...

I have seen ma-ling several times when she comes to the NJ area...the first time I made an appointment...she did not show (problems in AC) she did give the 1$$ dollars off for the next (first) visit. Each time I have seen her since she has been total GFE...(I recommend her highly) there has been times when we spent entire afternoons together and she was never a clock watcher. Now I can't speak for her but I think the first outing she had in NJ there were some bad apples that ruined it for the rest of us....

like I said just my 2 cents.....

I am not trashing the men of Jersey, only the guys who are wasting our time. And you should NEVER except guys who are rude and stand you up. That is not okay behavior. Cancelling is, but not standing up. If it were us who stood the guys up....it would be a nightmare on these boards. And I am not speaking about 1 or 3 guys, we are talking.... hold on let me count... 11 guys. That is NOT okay in my book. And these are all "Proffessional" men. Not even a phone call or letter. Im sad that you accept this to be okay behavior. I don't. Now, I should also tell you that yes I had 1 "NO SHOW" for my self this week, and I cancelled 1 appointment because I was on my rag. (I obviously have to make everything VERY clear here...sorry for the gentlemen who would have preferred not to know that but I preferr to write than have to explain AGAIN) This gentleman who might or might not have shown up has been given the benifit of the doubt since it was cancelled less than 24 hours from our appointment and knows he has $100 off our next visit. So this is my policy.

Now when I saw "Tracker", this was a week that I came here with about 15 hours booked and only had 3 guys show. So I said "F-New-Jersey" and took my ass to Balley's Casino. I was not about to wait in the room for guys to stand me up when I could enjoy NJ for all it had to offer. This same week, I had a guy try to strangle me, and another who did show and bull shitted me around for 5 hours. (Do I have to explain?) So I took a vacation with my trip. I am so happy that I met "Tracker" even after such an ordeal. It is him and one other client, who made me feel so nice, that I actually returned for THEM alone. (All on *** threads) Then I met a few more along the way, and so on and so on. Now I am happy to say that I have a wonderful cliental here and love coming here.

This thread was about me, (my past experiences here) but mostly about my friend who is visiting with me. When she got the same responce (as well as many other girls that I know visit here) that is when I said it is time that we need to stick togethor.

Guys who stand girls up, will do it to many girls, not individual girls. This is a personality disorder, and they tend to repeat it with other girls. (THAT IS A FACT... if you need me to explain I will) I give many references to girls about clients when they write, this is working togethor to make things easier and better for eachother. Why shouldn't girls do this for the guys who do not show?

Now I will admit, I was being a bit rude when I said "back to back" but hey, this is very frustrating. I can vent a bit....no? But now that I popped my "Vicodin E-S" I am feeling quite better. I am "human".

What get's me, I wrote this for the guys who are standing girls up OBVIOUSLY, but it seems that guys who claim to be gentleman and do not do those things are taking it to heart. "If it does not apply to you, why are you reacting the way you are?"

My question to you guys now.....

b) "I only see 2 new guys per visit.",

d) It's guys from Utopiaguide not "being serious" which is the problem.

If you follow your own logic, it seems it's your repeats - or your facts - which are as big a problem. Hey you said it yourself - "The rest are REPEATS. (I usually book 4 so I can get 2 LOL! )".

But to add a different angle on things:

A lot of ladies aren't "set up" to be independants, and part of that is having the ability to properly screen clients, part of which is to know how to tell who will show or not. You friend worked at an agency in Boston ( who took care of this end of the business ), and didn't have any no-shows. But what did she take home from each session ? $100 ? Now, she comes to this area, sets herself up in what is a downright scary area for most of the guys who could actually afford the rate ( $300 an hour ? ), and is surprised that it's not easy, and she's having no shows, etc.

I just think it's unrealisitic, and it's what gets a lot of "touring ladies" in trouble when they come to NYC ( no, I don't mean "real trouble", I just mean they are often disappointed with their trips here ). What happens is that they try to "cash in" by charging top NYC rates, but skimping on expenses, and in a time when the economy is basically in the toilet in NYC, they are surprised that it doesn't work out like they planned. Now, I think anyone can charge anything they want. No guy has the right to tell any lady that they can't. But you have to understand the market, and know that in the same way that the guys shouldn't expect "something for nothing", that it cuts both ways. You can't just waltz into a new city, ( especially not this one ) and expect the world to fall at your feet. And if the lack of ability to get guys to show up for appointments, especially when it seems that it's a persistant problem, doesn't signal to you that there's some real problems with your screening methods, I don't think yelling at all guys from the area, especailly one's who never stood you up or even tried to book with you, is going to solve that problem.

I have never been one to watch my mouth and I say what I feel. I am a REAL person and I choose to be myself. I really don't care who does not like the way I am, there are plenty that do. I am strait forward and always tells it how it is. Now, I am definately NOT LACKING business in any way! Completely on the contrary. I do exceptionally well here but this is because I only see 2 new guys per visit. The rest are REPEATS. (I usually book 4 so I can get 2 LOL!) But this works for me. I have already built my cliental here and weeded out the rest. As far as my friends. I explained to them how this city works from my own experiences. So they are doing what is best for them. There is no double bookings and no unhappy hobbyists. Can anyone out there say they had a problem or a bad time? I highly doubt that! Now, they are NOT LACKING in business eithor. Ashley is VERY HAPPY about her week and will return next fall when she tours again. She had an amazing week here and many guys have written there thank you's already. So this is not about proper advertising and getting the right guys, because I am the one doing all the screening and I have a name and phone number for each guy that booked. I have talked to each personally myself. I AM EXTREMELY ORGANIZED! And regardless to where we locate ourselves, IF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT....IT SHOULD BE KEPT! And still, there is guys that do not show. That is a part of life, but I will let it be known. But if this is not the case for "you" then it was not written for "you". I am making clear that this is happening, and that just maybe, these guys who stand girls up, should get a "little shit" for it. I am surprised that all of you are attacking me and not those who are making Jersey a bad name. Do you think it is happening to just the three of us? No, it is happening to alot of girls. Some that are not BOLD enough to write about it. (I can see why now) But yes I am arrogant enough to do so and I love my personality. I wish there were more strait shooters like me out there that I could relate too. One thing about a strait shooter is that there is no bullshit and no lies, just the honest truth. So to the guy who has never met a honest and trust worthy provider.....now you have! I always tell it how it is, and I do not FEAR these boards one bit. It is sad that you guys preferr the quiet , docile ladies who just tell you what you want to hear. Maybe "you" should go to ASIA. I am definatley "American" and preferr to speak my peice. If you do not like it, don't read it. There are many other threads out there to read. For the gentleman giving thoughtful and helpful feedback, it is very nice to know there are some out there. But I know there are a lot of great Jersey guys out there and I have met many. I just wish this "nonsence" did not have to go on. It does not have to be this way. This is what a "black list" is for. So no one else has to deal with the same fools who enjoy wasting a girls time. As far as the type of clients we are catering too, well they are all executives in large corporations and lawyers, doctors, pharmaists... I have spoken to each one. Maybe we should cater to the lower class, then they won't be so busy.....that they could not even CALL! Remember, I am from Boston, I book very carefully! Now, I think I am doing the right thing posting this here, and not calling there "JOBS" and "SECRETARY's" asking why they felt they felt they should not cancell! I DO NOT OVER BOOK! So there is NEVER a problem! But if I cancell then I pay for it! Im not asking the guys to compensate us in any way but a simple phone call would be nice. If I do not show on a client " I give him a $100 off his next visit" I am organized and over booking means .... okay let me write this again, "organized over booking" means taking a few more clients than I would have wanted too, not OVER LAPPING schedules. Now, I should also tell you that yes I had 1 "NO SHOW" for my self this week, and I cancelled 1 appointment because I was on my rag. (I obviously have to make everything VERY clear here...sorry for the gentlemen who would have preferred not to know that but I preferr to write than have to explain AGAIN) This gentleman who might or might not have shown up has been given the benifit of the doubt since it was cancelled less than 24 hours from our appointment and knows he has $100 off our next visit. So this is my policy. Now when I saw "Tracker", this was a week that I came here with about 15 hours booked and only had 3 guys show. So I said "F-New-Jersey" and took my ass to Balley's Casino. I was not about to wait in the room for guys to stand me up when I could enjoy NJ for all it had to offer. This same week, I had a guy try to strangle me, and another who did show and bull shitted me around for 5 hours. (Do I have to explain?) So I took a vacation with my trip. I am so happy that I met "Tracker" even after such an ordeal. It is him and one other client, who made me feel so nice, that I actually returned for THEM alone. (All on *** threads) Then I met a few more along the way, and so on and so on. Now I am happy to say that I have a wonderful cliental here and love coming here. This thread was about me, (my past experiences here) but mostly about my friend who is visiting with me. When she got the same responce (as well as many other girls that I know visit here) that is when I said it is time that we need to stick togethor. Guys who stand girls up, will do it to many girls, not individual girls. This is a personality disorder, and they tend to repeat it with other girls. (THAT IS A FACT... if you need me to explain I will) I give many references to girls about clients when they write, this is working togethor to make things easier and better for eachother. Why shouldn't girls do this for the guys who do not show? Now I will admit, I was being a bit rude when I said "back to back" but hey, this is very frustrating. I can vent a bit....no? But now that I popped my "Vicodin E-S" I am feeling quite better. I am "human". What get's me, I wrote this for the guys who are standing girls up OBVIOUSLY, but it seems that guys who claim to be gentleman and do not do those things are taking it to heart. You friend worked at an agency in Boston ( who took care of this end of the business ), and didn't have any no-shows. But what did she take home from each session ? $100 ? Now, she comes to this area, sets herself up in what is a downright scary area for most of the guys who could actually afford the rate ( $300 an hour ? ), and is surprised that it's not easy, and she's having no shows, etc. I just think it's unrealisitic, and it's what gets a lot of "touring ladies" in trouble when they come to NYC ( no, I don't mean "real trouble", I just mean they are often disappointed with their trips here ). What happens is that they try to "cash in" by charging top NYC rates, but skimping on expenses, and in a time when the economy is basically in the toilet in NYC, they are surprised that it doesn't work out like they planned. Now, I think anyone can charge anything they want. No guy has the right to tell any lady that they can't. But you have to understand the market, and know that in the same way that the guys shouldn't expect "something for nothing", that it cuts both ways. You can't just waltz into a new city, ( especially not this one ) and expect the world to fall at your feet. And if the lack of ability to get guys to show up for appointments, especially when it seems that it's a persistant problem, doesn't signal to you that there's some real problems with your screening methods, I don't think yelling at all guys from the area, especailly one's who never stood you up or even tried to book with you, is going to solve that problem.
