Very CS Oriented
This service is very customer satifaction (CS) oriented. I've used it a few times and had good experiences in general. One time a girl I was seeing overslept and the manager yelled at her. She was pretty nice afterwards and I still got a big discount/credit. Their website is becoming more user-friendly and they try hard to accommodate customer requests. The rates situation is a little bit confusing and a lot of people were asking questions. I would like to continue using their service.
I have used Amber's service six times over the past few months. I have only had one problem and was generously compensated for it. I have seen some very positive improvements in both service and quality of girls.
This place has come a long way. I give them credit for putting an emphasis on customer satisfaction and turning themselves around. Amber and friends is aces in my book.
I've used Amber 8 or 9 times over the last 3 or 4 months and I would like to go on record as being in approval of their service. Occasionally they are closed or don't answer on a particular day (this could be handled by simply posting on their website when they are closed) and once only did I dislike the girl. She was fired for consistant bad reviews and complaints (her name was Victoria) and the guy, Paul I think his name is, let me meet another girl for free.
All the other girls I've met range from good to very good (I haven't yet met some of their superstars like Lisa and Sam)and I hope they will continue to be around.

Hey guys I agree the service seems to be overcoming the hurdles and working hard to make their customers happy. Any service business could take a page from their book.... keep up the good stuff.... winning customers the old fashioned way... one at a time!!
really? the opposite seems to be true. the fact that sue is on this board and dealing with customer service issues tends to negate your position. as dialated suggests, try using a phone (w/out SCREAMING).
If your problem is that your emails are not being answered then why not try to call her??? The phone has been around a lot longer than email, and still works just fine...give it a shot.

Apologies Allen and Thorn, I was trying to make a generalization( which is always troublesome). I wasnt aiming my remarks at any one in particular, just a tone that is sometimes taken in response to new members.
HP, I don't disagree with you and I think that if you read my responses to newbies in the past you will see I attempt to measure my responses and attempt to be helpful.
I pointed out Rocco's point count only because it smacked of being someone attempting to jump on a situation they thought promising, at the expense of someone else. In other words, taking a crack at the service because they saw someone get a good deal because that person had originally gotten a raw deal.
Danny was legit. Rocco sounds like a drive by. So I called him on it. That's all.
Of course it shouldn't. It should be taken into account with other factors as well. Like when it's someone I've never heard of anywhere, is typing in all caps, provides no facts, etc... I know what my opinion is.
While I agree that roco's shouting condemnation of an agency is not the most subtle entree to this board, I find all too often that new members are either ignored, made fun of, and in some cases insulted. This was my experience in a brief incarnation when I first discovered this forum. Possibly a spirit of welcoming and guidance would help bring some of the lurking members out of the shadows. We have over 3000 members, how many are posting?
I like the post total feature, but I dont think it should be used as the sole gauge for the veracity and/or worth of a new member.

Roco, Amber's people are online most of the day, so I'm surprised that you're having trouble getting a response. Do you have an AOL account? If so, you could IM them.
Roco, This sounds like a case of "One try and I cry" I've used A&F before and i've had no trouble getting in touch with them--either on the A&F board or by phone. I suggest you really try this time before you start pissing on service. Good luck.
