Thanks Franca, I needed a laugh,
It's that time again !
A travelling salesman was driving over a lonely Scottish moor late at night when his car broke down. It was stormy and cold and fearing he would not last the night in his car he struck out for a glimmer of light up the hill. After a mile of trudging along a rough track he came to a tiny cottage. He banged on the door and explained his predicament to the crofter.
“Aye” said the crofter, “Ye can stay the night but ye’ll have to share a bed with my son.”
“Excuse me” said the salesman turning away, “I seem to be in the wrong joke.”
