HDB - That would be a problem since weight was definitely necessary.

SC: in my part of the outer boros, it was "Skelly" also. (I sucked at it 'cause I refused to take the time to melt wax in the bottle cap.)

And yes I know that the length of my post was excessive by my terms - but that's only because I had to quote you.

GC - actually this thing ours has been the province of noblemen for at least four millennia. and, commoners too, many of whom have performed many a noble deed.

SC - Which of course has nothing to do with trying to make it noble.

GC - "You don't want to call it a hobby fine."
that would be a gross understatement. but i can't recall ever throwing a tantrum about it, even in a private email, much less on a public board.

SC - I hardly think my post taking you to task for something I find ridiculous qualifies as a tantrum. Unless, of course, you define tantrum in terms of someone disagreeing with you. Then, of course, it is. I never heard you complain that my friend Rufus Moses was throwing a tantrum when he took you to task for the same thing. In fact, the reason I didn't comment earlier WAS because he did and I didn't see the need to "pile on" as it were.

GC - i'll tell you what, Skelly, i won't try to be your editor if you won't try to be mine. fair enough?

SC - On that score you don't have to worry because it is rare indeed that I even read your posts anymore. And then only for comic relief. This just happened to catch my eye. And the name is SkellyChamp.

GC - again, i won't analyze your motives if you don't analyze mine. (however, this is not as firm an offer as the one above.)

SC - I don't think you can advocate for the one and not the other. So you won't edit me but will (or can) analyze my motives. Since you don't know me at all, you could only possible analyze my motives through my words. In so doing you would be editing them because you would be giving your own interpretation to it. And if you don't do it to get laid, I'll be more than happy to sit and talk with you about any subject under the sun - and for only half the cost.

GC - i am well aware that the hollywood communists have spent the better part of the past seven decades heaping upon the heads of my people every manner of disrespect imaginable to their fervid minds. the feeling is mutual, btw.
however, you might be overreacting a bit here, to what, after all, is a very vague and unspecific phrase. where i come from, nyc, it is often used in a mildly comedic vein to indicate any form of casual association. in view of this, you might want to consider lightening up a bit.

SC - Sounds to me like your preaching a bit of the Hillary it's a right wing conspiracy.
Your people- and my people too (though my heritage would make me a mutt more than a purebred.)
And where I come from I have not heard it used to indicate ANY form of casual association. And I do also live now in NYC and was born, raised and bred in Brooklyn.

And you do sound pretentious when you write it - but for me that fits into the tone of all of your writings and musings.
And I don't question your right to write whenever, however or however long you chose to. But if you do so you DO open yourself up to criticsm for what you say. It never minds to no one but me, but it is your constant and excessive and style of writing that keeps me on the sideline. But that is your choice and mine too.

GC - SkellyChamp, you have an interesting screen name. how did you come by it?

SC - You live in NYC but did you grow up there. If you grew up in Brooklyn, you wouldn't have to ask that question. Though, admittedly, to some the name should be SkullyChamp. But not in my neighborhood.

Reply only if you feel the need to and satisfies some need of yours to get in the last word.

When, and if, I feel the need to speak out against your use of the phrase I'll simply post "Catelliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii"

You sound like you're trying to stamp it with some cloak of nobility.

Call it this "obsession of mine."

i'll tell you what, Skelly, i won't try to be your editor if you won't try to be mine. fair enough?

it happens that 'this thing of ours' is part of my heritage, a heritage i am very justly proud of.

I would think any nobility would be on their side, not ours. At least a provider (c)ould (though usually not I find) be doing it for a noble purpose like supporting a family.

many more than you might suppose do, in one form or another. i stand second to none in my respect and admiration for the noble institution of motherhood.

You, like me, do it to get laid.

again, i won't analyze your motives if you don't analyze mine. (however, this is not as firm an offer as the one above.)

my motivation is to pass along, as best i can, the cultural tradition of western individualism, within, in the immortal phrasing of Cardozo in Palko, "a system of ordered liberty".

And this term "this thing of ours" has a long history in film and lore of being associated with organized crime. HArdly an association one would want I think to be associated with this "hobby"

    this thing of ours

As Rufus Moses would say, "Please stop saying this."

We have no proprietary interest in this "thing". It belongs, if it could be said it belongs to anyone, to the miliions of men who pay money to women for sex. You sound like you're trying to stamp it with some cloak of nobility. You don't want to call it a hobby fine. Call it this "obsession of mine." I would think any nobility would be on their side, not ours. At least a provider ould (though usually not I find) be doing it for a noble purpose like supporting a family. No doubt you can simply type with your right hand and use your left hand to use your trusty thesaurus to come up with another term you would be comfortable with.

the name "Obsession" inevitably evokes many thoughts and feelings, as 'obsession' more or less describes what this thing of ours is about (at least for some of us; apparently, it is a 'hobby' for others).

according to the above-referenced site (photographer Suze Randall's), Celeste has appeared in more than 100 films. i might add that she has a more versatile 'repetoire' than many.

all of this, combined with her Cindy Crawford near-lookalike appearance, have made Celeste an 'obsession' for many of her fans.

Can someone please explain something to me? How did this thread go from johann seeking info on a very light skinned black girl called "Obsession" to a white porn star called "Celeste"?

Or is Celeste now know as Obsession?

    ;) justme,

Since I do not think about her 24/7 I don't think it's obsession yet. I only think about her 23 hours, 59 minutes a day.

    NO offense taken.

    Obsession? Wow!

Haven't heard of her doing escorting, but I bet she would be incredible. Fine, fine looking girl. Very sexy attitude.

She stars in a video by West Coast Productions called"Booty Talk #8. What a trooper! She deep thoats two guys that are at least 12" long, one of them might even be more like 14" or 15". Then she does major anal with the bigger one. Seemed to take it all quite easily.
